Flexibility and Stretching for Sports and Martial Arts

Why are words "Flexibility" and "Stretching" both in the title of this page? Because flexibility and stretching are not the same. Good flexibility is what athletes need and stretching is one of the ways of increasing flexibility. This is why this page has these two words in its title.
