New movies on YouTube

Last Friday I have notified you that my new column titled "Hindu
Push-ups and Hindu Squats" is posted. In that column I have posted
a movie, which shows how I do Hindu push-ups and Hindu squats in my
cool-down.

Now I realized that you may not have the time to watch the whole 17
minutes of my cool-down, so I posted a shorter version of this
