We are sending to you this information because you have subscribed to Stadion Publishing Company's e-mail list.

Do you have a nagging injury or just a pain that keeps you from
exercising the way you'd like to and as much as you'd like to? At
some time many athletes do, but few know that a lot of common
sports injuries can be effectively self-treated.

I have decided to show you how to prevent, diagnose, and self-treat
common sports injuries, and the first article from our series on
injuries is already posted. You can read it at
http://www.stadion.com/injuries_kneecap.html. It is written by Ben
McCormack
, an accomplished physical therapist and a friend of mine.

The article is about pain under the kneecap, but it includes info
(and videos) on the correct form of several exercises. So, if you
want to see how (and why) to do the deep squats, good mornings, and
some other exercises good for preventing or rehabbing kneecap
problems, read the article.

Even if your kneecaps don't bother you (mine don't bother me
either), and you don't need to learn the correct form of squats,
etc., I still invite you to visit that page and fill out our survey
form. We want to know what injuries you'd like to learn about next.

Best regards,

Thomas Kurz
