The fifty-fifth installment of my column on training is currently
available. It tells you how to recognize and fix those common errors:

• Side chamber, which slows down and weakens the kick.

• Low chamber, which limits power and height at which you can kick.

• Dropping knee, which damages the knee and is a sign of poor
  conditioning and poor strength of hip abductors, hip flexors, and
  lower back muscles.

• Non-penetrating kick—a roundhouse kick that is powerlessly raised to
  a target and then quickly snapped back.
  
  The errors I write about are those I witnessed during several
  clinics on stretching and kicking. You can see some of these
  errors, and my corrections of them, on the DVD Clinic on Stretching
  and Kicking.
