Answer:

When choosing your exercises and/or equipment keep in mind these
two principles:

1. You gain most strength at the range of motion (ROM) at which you
exercise.

2. The smaller the ROM you exercise at, the less carryover of
strength gain to your maximal ROM.

Think about how these two principles apply to the "Leg Magic" and
determine if it's right for you.

About the consistent effort: The more exactly you follow my advice,
the less effort it takes.
