Can you do squats more than just once a day? I do them untill I can't do anymore, right now about 75. If I do them in the morning can I do them again at night? Also, is a heavy bag o.k. to work out on? I do a lot of round house kicks on it. Is that better than just doing them in the air? My legs don't really hurt, but I can feel them all day long (does that make sense?) I don't want to work out too much. Don't know if this matters but I'm a 43 year old male.
