I was wondering if any here knows of ways in which to improve reaction time, speed (of momentum), Jumping and Flips.

I have done some basic training in karake, tae kwando, gymnastics and brake dancing but i can't seem to get the results i want.

So my questions are who can help? Does anyone know ways that ork to increase these areas?
