6 months ago i underwent hernia surgery,and few weeks ago i got hernia again on my upper thighs ,are there any stertching excercise that can prevent me from getting hernia again?can i ,at the age of 45,improve my flexibility?20 yars ago i could do split,now?this is the dream.regards,jiman
