HELP..I am LOST

Hello, I recently bought this book thinking it was going to break a specific routine down to do the splits. All I want is the routine for morning exercises and pm exercises to do the splits for high kicks. I was once a 2nd Degree Blackbelt as a young teenager and was able to do the splits, I am retraining my self to do so just not having luck with flexability..At age 35. Please HELP with a weekly routine to do so..Example AM/PM WEEKLY Please....

Then why did I buy the book? All of the books I have bought in the past containing exercises have given routines. I am not going to pay more money for the dvd if the book does not contain it..Very misleading.. :x

Combine the information in Stretching Scientifically with Article 19. The other articles will assist you with technique, sets, reps, rest periods, etc., and other matters. Also, if you post your workouts on this forum, as I do, Kurz may from time to time chime in and tell you you're on the right track or offer advice. I've found it very helpful. Good luck.
