Stretch Yourself - Hindu Push-ups and Hindu Squats

I was just checking out the newest column: http://www.stadion.com/column_stretch61.html

I am only beginning and... Kurz, you are some kind of polar bear. Doing them in shorts and shirtless, but also without coverings on the hands or feet in contact with the snow! I bet not even Furey could do that.

You have certainly played the phrase 'cool-down' rather well I must say :)

I've always been told that it is dangerous to go through such sudden changes in temperature... that they could possibly cause muscle cramps or something.

Is there any truth behind that? Seeing that Mr. Kurz went to freezing weather right after his intense strength training.

Not really. After all, people routinely run from a sauna to roll in the snow.
