We have a couple of our elite students run 2-3 miles on M, W, and F in the morning. The load is Low on M, Medium on W, and High on F. On T, Th, they do weight training in the afternoon. They also do weight training on S morning. The load for weight training is Medium on T, High on Th, and Low on S. We have judo classes on M, W, and F evenings, and S from 3 to 5 PM. When should we do most of our anaerobic training. Is there anything we should change regarding our weekly plan.
