I am a fitness enthusiast and one of my goals is to achieve the splits....My stats are as follows:

weight-80 kgs
b/f-8 percent
squat- 250 x 10 full range of motion
deadlifts-250 x12 bent leg

so do I still need to do conditioning for my abs and lower back or can I proceed to isometric stretches and adductor flys?
