Isometric Stretching Diferent Body Parts on Different Days?

I have been doing isometric stretches for the past few months. I never get sore the next day but they seem to tire me out during and for hours afterward. I was wondering if it is sound practice to do isometrics for separate body parts on separate days? For example:

Tuesday: front of thigh , chest and shoulders, horse stance exercise.
Wednesday: Calves, hamstrings, back and triceps.
