now, my ACL surgery is four month ago. The progress is more then good, it is brilliant. I can flex my knee completely and I achieved my full extension a couple of month ago. My m.quadrizeps is able to lift more then 30 kg.
Now I want you to ask if I should return to the dynamic stretching methods which includes leg raises. I want return slightly to the kickboxing stuff!
What do you recommend?
