Hip Resurfacing - trochanteric flip ( ganz approach )

Postby sandokai » May 14, 2008 18:00

Hi - I have just under gone a hip debridment on my left hip 3 months after i had a hip resurfacing ( these both use the ganz approach i.e. a trochanteric flip ) - i am just going through general physio rehab where i do passive abductions and leg raises as well as ankle flexs and glutes squeezes etc.

What i would like to know is what exercises would be recommended to help me start the long slow flexibility trail that i wish to regain - i have been a practising martial artist for over 30 years and would like to not only regain my flexibility but improve on it and am not afraid of hard work

many thanks in advance - Anthony :D
