Hips retroverted - stretching and recovery tips needed

Postby silenttiger » Jan 30, 2008 19:56

Ok so I just found out (xray) that my hips are retroverted and have been since birth. I have studied martial arts of all kinds for 28years and occassionally notice that my hips (front and top side) is tight or sore after a heavy session. I have good flexibility - side splits suspended and front splits. However, I don't seem to keep my elasticity form wo to wo. I train hard and smart (do not stretch every day or wo on same exercises each day). It is my static flexibility that lacks the most. Any tips? Anyone else with this problem?
