adductor pulldown equipment

I was just wondering what equipment some of you might use at home for adductor pull downs after you have progressed passed the iron boots.

Do you need to purchase a cable crossover machine or is there something more economical/smaller available?

I go to the dojang for TKD classes but workout at home with free weights and was hoping to progress to adductor pulldowns some time in the future.

A sturdy pulley screwed into a load bearing beam will do.Piece of rope with a loop at one end for your foot and you're good to go.
