I have been reading your articles for many years, I receive information via e-mail and have your book of Explosive Power. I want to know at what age can children begin jumping excercises and what load is convinient to work with. Also, some of my students have bben training with weights and reached 150% of their body weight in half squat, can they begin plyometrics training. They are 15, 16 and 17 years old.
