Dear Mr.Kurz,

I am a 2nd degree Black Belt, and also training for the Navy SEALs. I was wondering what workouts should I do in order for maximum results. I have your video, but in my workouts I shy away from using weights. Since I'm training for SEALs, my workouts consist of pushups, pullups, squats (with leaps), lunges (front/side), and abs.

What should I do to achieve my splits.
